 Re: groom's parents
Author: Gloria (---.boi.rmci.net)

Who is paying for the wedding? The bride and groom should make the final decisions about what they want, but the persons who are helping pay for the wedding will expect to have some in-put. If the groom's parents are not helping financially, then they really don't have any say in who is invited and who isn't. If they are willing to pay for the additional gusets, then your daughter and her fiance will have to decide whether they want all of the additional people there. If the groom isn't willing to at least talk to his parents at this point, then that could be a bad sign for the future. Is is possible that he is willing to do what his parents want, but your daughter isn't, and that is why he isn't standing up to them?
